ABOUT

Joanne specialises in detailed, realistic illustrations of natural history subjects and paints in watercolour and gouache to a highly finished standard. She paints a wide range of natural subject matter, including flowers, birds, animals, insects and fruit&veg. She will happily take on commissions for single species illustrations or full wildlife compositions. As well as producing full colour paintings, she can also work in ink to produce detailed black and white line drawings. Joanne has a First Class Honours degree in Scientific and Natural History Illustration from Lancaster University.
